Under the banner “Your Zakat, Their Hope,” I directed a Ramadan media campaign for Akhuwat USA, featuring AbuBakar Khan. Our shared message: “Ramadan Mubarak… this month especially, your Zakat is their hope,” was woven into a heartfelt appeal to Muslim donors across North America.

The campaign’s goal was to inspire generosity toward Akhuwat’s mission of creating interest-free microfinance, free education, and social upliftment for underserved communities in Pakistan. We incorporated footage of AbuBaker’s delivery, interspersed with visuals that illustrate the impact of Zakat, transforming needs into dignity.

Strategically distributed through digital platforms, the campaign resonated widely, achieving over 200,000 views across North America. Its strength lay not only in its numbers, but in its ability to connect spiritually and emotionally with viewers—prompting action and deepening trust in Akhuwat’s work.
